Quick Italian Green Bean Stracciatella Pasta
A simple, yet flavorful pasta dish featuring sautéed green beans and stracciatella cheese.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup green beanstrimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ●1 cup stracciatella cheese
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●to taste salt

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Stir in the stracciatella cheese until melted and well combined.
