Jamaican Pineapple Sliders
Sweet and tangy Jamaican-inspired sliders topped with caramelized pineapple.
Ingredients
- ●2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- ●4 Mini Pineapple Sliders Buns
- ●8 Grilled Shrimpmarinated in jerk seasoning
- ●1 cup Caramelized Pineapplesee instructions for preparation
- ●1/2 cup Mango Salsa
- ●1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- ●2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- ●1 tbsp Honey
- ●1 Jalapeñosoptional
- ●1/4 cup Red Onionoptional

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized pineapple is tender, about 5 minutes.

Toast sliders buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble sliders by spreading mango salsa on the bottom bun, followed by a grilled shrimp, a spoonful of caramelized pineapple, and finally the top bun.
