Brazilian Grilled Chicken Skewers

- β1 large Red bell peppercut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large Onioncut into 1-inch pieces

- β2 tablespoons Brazilian-style grilling spicessuch as malagueta pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing skewers

In a large bowl, whisk together grilling spices, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken, red bell pepper, onion, and zucchini; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
