Vietnamese-Style Ham and Cheese Quesadilla
A fusion take on a classic quesadilla, featuring crispy Vietnamese pho ham and gooey cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, thinly sliced Vietnamese Pho Ham
- β1 cup, shredded Quick Mozzarella Cheese
- β1/2 cup, shredded Gooey Cheddar Cheese
- β2 Quick Tortillapreferably whole wheat
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each tortilla.

Place one tortilla, buttered side down, in the skillet.

Top with Vietnamese Pho Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese.

Place the second tortilla, buttered side up, on top.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is crispy.
