Keto Beef Casserole
A hearty and satisfying casserole dish made with ground beef, gooey cheese, and a crispy polish topping.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Casserole
- β1 cup shredded Quick Cheese
- β1 cup Polishcrushed
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the casserole and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Top the mixture with the shredded cheese.

Sprinkle the crushed polish on top of the cheese.
