German-Style BBQ Pork Burger
A twist on the classic burger, featuring a sweet and tangy German-inspired BBQ sauce, topped with glazed pork and crispy onions.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Quick BBQ saucesee notes
- ●1 cup Glazed onionssee notes
- ●1 tsp Jamaican seasoningoptional
- ●4 Burger bunssoft, sesame seed buns
- ●1 head Lettucechopped
- ●2 Tomatosliced
- ●4 slices Cheeseoptional, beer-braised Swiss

Preheat grill to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Jamaican seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Brush the BBQ sauce mixture onto both sides of the pork burgers.

Grill the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill.

Top each burger with a slice of cheese, if using.
