Venezuelan Queso Frito
A crispy fried cheese snack from Venezuela, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer. This recipe is easy to make and requires minimal ingredients.
Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 cup Vegetable oil
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- β1/2 tsp Salt

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, and salt.

In a separate dish, beat the eggs.

Cut the Queso Fresco into 1-inch cubes.

Dip each cube of Queso Fresco into the flour mixture, coating evenly.

Then, dip the flour-coated Queso Fresco into the beaten eggs, making sure they are fully coated.

Roll the egg-coated Queso Fresco in the flour mixture again to coat evenly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, add a few of the coated Queso Fresco cubes to the skillet.
