Quick Italian Bean Pie
A hearty, comforting Italian-inspired bean pie made with a flaky pie crust and flavorful cannellini beans.

- β1 (9-inch) pie crust Quick Pie Crust
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- β1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Roll out the pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.
