Quick Japanese Udon Noodle Soup

- β8 oz (225g) Udon noodles
- β4 cups (1L) Quick dashi brothAvailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β1 fillet Flaky salmon filletFresh or frozen
- β1 bunch Japanese green onions
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Grated ginger
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β Salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions.

In a large pot, combine the dashi broth, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
