Norwegian Tacos
A fusion of Norwegian and Mexican cuisine, these tacos are a unique twist on traditional tacos. With the addition of pork and Norwegian flavors, this dish is sure to be a hit.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulderCut into small pieces
- β8-10 tortillas Lap desk Norwegian flatbread (or substitute with corn tortillas)
- β1/2 head Cabbage
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β Salt and pepper
- β2 teaspoons Quick fix taco seasoning
- β Fixings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the pork over medium-high heat until browned.

Add the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by placing the pork mixture onto the tortillas and topping with fixings.
