French-Style Indian Chicken Tikka
A twist on traditional Indian chicken tikka with a rich and creamy French-inspired sauce. Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons quick fix curry powder
- β2 tablespoons french silky butter
- β1/4 cup pineapple juice
- β1 cup sauce
- β1/2 cup greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

1. In a large bowl, whisk together curry powder, butter, pineapple juice, sauce, yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix until coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
