Italian Frittata with Baked Bryndza
A traditional Italian omelette-style dish made with bryndza cheese and other flavorful ingredients, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

- β150g bryndzacrumbly
- β50g onionfinely chopped
- β2g oreganodried
- β2g salt
- β1g black pepper
- β50g italian cheesegrated

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Whisk eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add onion, and cook until softened.

Add bryndza and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour the whisked eggs over the bryndza mixture and cook until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with italian cheese.

Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
