Chinese Sausage Skillet
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired dish made with German sausages and a mix of vegetables. Serve as a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Chinese sausagesavailable at Asian grocery stores
- β1 Skilletlarge skillet or wok
- β1 cup Fix ingredientse.g. rice, noodles, or vegetables
- β2 tbsp Quick cooking oile.g. vegetable or peanut oil
- β1 medium Quick onionssliced
- β2 Quick bell pepperssliced
- β2 cloves Quick garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Quick soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tbsp Quick oyster sauce (optional)or to taste
Instructions

Heat the skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the cooking oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to brown.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Chinese sausages and cook until they are browned and cooked through.

Add the fix ingredients and stir to combine.

Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) and stir to combine.
