Ukrainian Flaky Pastry Wrap
A delicious Ukrainian-inspired pastry filled with a savory mix of herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet flaky pastry doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β1 tsp dried dill weedoptional
- β1/2 tsp garlic powderoptional
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, dried dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the herb mix evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the pastry up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.

Brush the top of the pastry with a little bit of water and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
