Argentinian Steak Stir Fry
A flavorful and savory stir fry dish featuring steak and a variety of vegetables, inspired by Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β250 grams Skirtly Steak
- β200 grams Argentinian SteakSlice into thin strips
- β1 cup Quick Fix Earthy Mushrooms
- β2 bunches Shattering Bok Choy
- β2 tablespoons Oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced argentinian steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the steak from the wok and set aside.

Add the sliced skirtly steak to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Add the mushrooms, bok choy, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to the wok.
