- β1/2 cup Khus seedsRooibos tea substitute
- β1 cup Venezuelan cheese (Queso Venezolano)
- β1/4 cup Crushed crunchy snack
- β1 tablespoon Butter
- βto taste Salt
- βas needed Water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the empanada dough, and cut out circles.

Mix khus seeds, cheese, crushed crunchy snack, butter, and salt in a bowl.

Place a spoonful of the khus mixture onto one half of each dough circle.

Fold the dough in half to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal.
