Saudi Arabian Chicken Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy dish from Arabia, featuring marinated chicken cooked to perfection on the grill.

- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oilFor brushing the grill

In a large bowl, whisk together the Arabian spice mix, sumac, lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
