Crispy French-Style Pilaf with Russian Twist
A flavorful French-inspired pilaf with a crunchy twist from crispy ingredients. Perfect as a side dish or light meal.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Crisp (for garnish)crushed
- β1 tsp Russian pilaf spice mixadjust to taste
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add 1 tsp of Russian pilaf spice mix, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add 1 cup of uncooked quick rice. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

While rice cooks, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the crushed crisp (from garnish) and cook, stirring frequently, until crispy and golden brown.
