Gluten-Free German Pork Schnitzel
A classic German dish adapted to be gluten-free, featuring pork cutlets breaded and fried to a crispy perfection.

- β1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- β1 cup quick-stir batter mix
- β1 cup crisp german breadcrumbs
- β1 cup fryer oilvegetable or canola oil
