Sirloin Steak Stir Fry with Filipino Citrus
A quick and delicious sirloin steak stir fry with a hint of Filipino citrus flavors.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 large Bell Pepper
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 juiced Fresh Calamansi (Filipino Lime)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 small Fresh Chilies

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sirloin steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove steak from the wok and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In the same wok, add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in calamansi juice, salt, and black pepper.

Return the sirloin steak to the wok and stir to coat with the citrus sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the steak is well coated.
