Russian Vegetable Fritters

- β1 package Quick bread mix
- β1/4 cup, finely chopped Crispy onion
- β2 tbsp, chopped Russian dill
- β1, beaten Egg
- β1/2 cup Milk
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine mixed vegetables, quick bread mix, crispy onion, Russian dill, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture into the hot oil, about 1/4 cup each.
