Tunisian Tagine Stuffed Quenched Grain
A Chinese take on the traditional North African dish, with a twist of stuffed quenched grain and tunisian spices.

- β2 tablespoons tagineground
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
