Keto Larb-Style Stir Fry with Mentaiko
A spicy and savory low-carb stir fry, inspired by the flavors of larb, featuring mentaiko and a bold Thai-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound quenched pork loincut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup thaibasilchopped
- β1/2 cup mentaikocrushed
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilfor stir frying
- β2 teaspoons fish sauceThai-style
- β1 tablespoon lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon chili flakesoptional, for extra heat
