Smoked Tagine Stuffed fromage
An Italian take on Mediterranean flavors, combining smoked tagine with creamy fromage.
Ingredients
- β1 block (250g) fromage
- β1/4 cup (60g) taginesmoked
- β1/2 cup (120ml) cold quenched milk
- β1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsleychopped
- β1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

2. Cut the fromage into 8 equal pieces.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tagine, cold quenched milk, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Stuff each fromage piece with the tagine mixture, dividing it evenly.

5. Place the stuffed fromage pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.

6. Drizzle the olive oil over the fromage pieces.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fromage is melted and golden brown.
