Keto Jamaican Pork Stew
A flavorful and spicy stew made with tender pork and a variety of spices, perfect for a keto diet. Serve hot over cauliflower rice or with a side of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Quenched
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β1 cup Chicken broth
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
