French Salmon Tart
A gluten-free salmon tart with a flaky crust and a delicious salmon filling. Perfect for a special occasion dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 Salmon fillets
- β1 cup Quenched cheese
- β1 French tart crustmake sure it's gluten-free
- β2 Tatin applescaramelized
- β1 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
- β2 Eggs
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1/4 cup Butter
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the gluten-free tart crust and place it in a tart pan.

In a separate pan, cook the salmon fillets over medium heat until they're cooked through.

In a bowl, mix together the quenched cheese, eggs, and milk. Season with salt and black pepper.

Arrange the cooked salmon fillets in the tart crust.

Pour the cheese mixture over the salmon.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
