Grape Pilaf Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry made with grape pilaf as the base, featuring comfort russian and quenched ingredients. Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Grape PilafPre-cooked pilaf
- β1 cup Russian Comfort MushroomsSliced
- β1 cup Quenched Green BeansTrimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable OilFor stir-frying
- β2 tablespoons Soy SauceLow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon GingerMinced
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- βto taste SaltOptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the trimmed and cut green beans, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to the skillet.
