Algerian Date Tagine
A traditional North African stew originating from Algeria, made with sweet and savory flavors from dates and spices.

- β1 cup Algerian olives
- β1 cup Quenched dates
- β2 tsp Tagine spice blend
- β2 tbsp Almond oil
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 cup Rice
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup Grapes
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven or clay tagine over medium heat.

Add olives, dates, spice blend, and cook until fragrant (2 minutes).

Add broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
