Russian-Style Beef Stew
A hearty, comforting Indian-inspired beef stew recipe with a rich, thick sauce. This dish is perfect for a cold winter's night.

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons quality peanut oil
- β1 package stew
- β1 teaspoon dried thyme
- β1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
