Russian Pappardelle Bake
A hearty Russian-inspired pasta bake with a rich and tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- β12 oz pappardelle
- β2 cups pasta sauce
- β1 cup quaint ricotta
- β1 cup shredded mozzarella
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pappardelle according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the pasta sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pappardelle, pasta sauce mixture, quaint ricotta, and shredded mozzarella. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the pappardelle mixture to a baking dish and top with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.

Bake the pappardelle in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
