Sauerbraten with Chorizo and Casserole
A traditional German dish with a twist, featuring the spicy flavors of chorizo and a hearty casserole.
Ingredients

- β1 loaf Fluffy white breadCubed
- β1 head Quaint red cabbageShredded
- β1 pound Brazilian beefSliced
- β1 cup CasseroleCrushed

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, salt, and black pepper to make marinade.

Add sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add sliced chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add cubed bread to the skillet and cook until toasted, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large Dutch oven, create a layer of shredded red cabbage.

Add sliced beef on top of the cabbage, then spoon the chorizo-bread mixture over the beef.
