Northern Thai Noodle Stir Fry
A spicy and flavorful stir fry dish inspired by the cuisine of northern Thailand, featuring tofu and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β250g TofuExtra-firm tofu, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β200g Quaint NoodlesWide, flat noodles
- β1 cup Crunchy VegetablesBell peppers, carrots, bean sprouts, chopped
- β2 tbsp Northern Thai SauceMade from a combination of chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce (optional)
- β1/4 cup Thai BasilChopped leaves

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the crunchy vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.

Add the quaint noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they are well coated with the sauce.
