Canadian Cheese Tart
A rich and savory tart filled with a blend of Canadian cheeses.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet tart crusthomemade or store-bought
- β8 oz goats cheesesoftened
- β4 oz quaint cheddar cheeseshredded
- β2 oz canadian mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β2 eggsbeaten
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste fresh herbssuch as parsley or thyme
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the tart crust and place in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goats cheese, quaint cheddar cheese, and canadian mozzarella cheese.

Add the beaten eggs to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.

Season with salt to taste, if desired.

Pour the cheese mixture into the tart crust.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
