Brazilian Cheese Wrap
A simple and delicious cheese-filled Brazilian wrap. This recipe is a delightful twist on traditional cheese wraps.
Ingredients
- β1 quaint flour tortillalarge, flat tortilla
- β100g buttery gouda cheesesemi-soft, mild cheese
- β25g cheeseshredded, mild cheese
- β1 tsp brazilian wrap seasoningoptional, adds flavor
- β1 tsp butter or non-stick cooking sprayfor cooking
Instructions

Heat a large non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Butter or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the flour tortilla in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Flip the tortilla and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Add gouda cheese on top of the shredded cheese.

Sprinkle wrap seasoning on top (if using).

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the cheese.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Flip the wrap and cook for another 1 minute.
