Duck Quesadilla
A twist on traditional Mexican cuisine using marinated duck, served in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 Duck breastMarinated
- β2 tsp QMiso pasteFor glaze
- β1 tbsp Fat (duck fat)For pan-frying
- β1 Wrap (large flour)For quesadilla
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the fat to the pan and let it melt.

Add the marinated duck breast and cook until browned on both sides.

Brush the QMiso paste on the duck breast during the last minute of cooking.

Meanwhile, warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Slice the cooked duck breast into thin strips.

Place the duck strips on half of the wrap, leaving a small border.

Fold the other half of the wrap over the duck to enclose.

Cook the quesadilla in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden.
