Grilled Shrimp and Char Skewers with Algerian Spices and Samphire

- β2 tablespoons Algerian Spices
- β1 bunch Samphire
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp and char onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, mix together algerian spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the shrimp and char.
