Grilled Thai Chicken Satay
A classic Thai dish of marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served with a sweet and spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup coconut milkmarinade

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine coconut milk, minced pungent, minced dutch, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

Thread chicken breast onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix coconut sugar and fish sauce to make the sweet sauce.
