Vietnamese-Style Crispy Shrimp with Fresh Papelon Salad
A fusion of Italian and Vietnamese flavors in this refreshing summer dish, featuring crispy fried shrimp, crunchy papelon slaw, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

- β1 cup Papelonthinly sliced
- β1 cup Vietnamese Mithinly sliced
- β3 cloves Pungent Garlicminced
- β1/2 cup Crisp Cucumbersliced
- β1 teaspoon Vietnamese Chili Flakesoptional
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped

1. In a large bowl, whisk together papelon, mi, garlic, and chili flakes (if using).

3. Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
