Spicy Korean Pepper Wrap
A flavorful and spicy wrap filled with crispy puffed rice, crunchy Korean peppers, and a hint of savory flavor.
Ingredients

- β2 Korean Peppersalso known as gochugaru, adjust to taste
- β1 Tortilla Wrapany brand will do
- β2 tbsp Soy Saucelow-sodium or gluten-free option available
- β1 tbsp Rice Vinegarseasoned or plain, both work
- β1 tsp Gochujangspicy Korean chili paste
- β1 tsp Sesame Oilto taste
- β1/4 cup Green Onionthinly sliced
- βto taste Saltoptional

Cook the puffed rice according to package instructions.

Cut the Korean peppers into thin slices.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, and sesame oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked puffed rice and the sliced Korean peppers.

Add the sauce mixture to the rice mixture and stir until combined.

Warm the tortilla wrap in a dry pan or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
