Saudi Arabian Toor Dal Wrap
A flavorful and nutritious wrap filled with Saudi Arabian-inspired Toor Dal, served with a side of Japanese-style Onigiri.

- β1 cup Toor Dal
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric
- βto taste Salt
- β2 cups Water

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

Add cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute.
