British Afternoon Tea Sandwich
A classic British tea sandwich filled with seasoned turkey and served at afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- β250g Turkey breast
- β1/2 cup Onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β1 loaf Bread
- β2 tbsp Butter or spread
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- βas needed Water

1. In a bowl, combine the minced onion and chopped parsley.

2. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.

3. Add the seasoned turkey to the bowl with the onion and parsley, and mix well.

4. Slice the bread into thin slices.

5. Butter or spread one side of each bread slice.

6. Place a small amount of the turkey mixture onto one slice of bread, and top with another slice.

7. Press gently to adhere the slices together.

8. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or halves, depending on preference.

9. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
