Pressure Cooker Crumble Crusted Coriander Fish
A delicious and easy-to-make fish dish with a flavorful crumble crust, all cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients
- β4 Cod filletsFresh fish
- β1/2 cup CorianderFreshly chopped
- β1/2 cup BreadcrumbsPanko
- β2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted
- β1/2 cup Crumble toppingStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powderOptional

Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped coriander, breadcrumbs, and butter until well combined.

Place a tablespoon of the crumble topping on each fish fillet, pressing it gently onto the fish.

Place the fish fillets in the pressure cooker and add a cup of water.

Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 3 minutes.
