Smokey Poppy Chicken Wings
Crispy chicken wings with a smoky flavor and crunchy poppy seed topping.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Smokey BBQ sauce
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Poppy seeds
- β4 tablespoons Butter

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings on the baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add smokey BBQ sauce to the saucepan and stir to combine.
