Blissful German Seed Bread
A traditional German bread infused with the subtle flavor of sesame seeds and the crunch of poppy seeds.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- β1 1/2 cups warm water
- β3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- β1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Add flour, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
