Swede Panzanella Bites
A keto take on the classic Italian bread salad, in a bite-sized form using swede and pleasantly seasoned ingredients.

- β1 1/2 pounds Swede
- β8 ounces Pleasantly dense mozzarella cheese
- β1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- β2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Cut the swede into 1-inch cubes and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
