French Bean and Sprouts Bowl
A simple and nutritious bowl filled with sautéed mung bean and sprouts, served with a side of piquant sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup sprouts
- ●2 tablespoons piquant sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger)
- ●1 tablespoon olive oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●2 tablespoons velvety sauce ingredients (soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar)
- ●1 slice french bread, crusty
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add mung bean and sprouts, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together piquant sauce ingredients.

Add piquant sauce to the mung bean mixture and stir-fry for another minute.

Season with salt to taste.

To make velvety sauce, mix together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.

Serve mung bean and sprouts mixture in a bowl, drizzle with velvety sauce, and serve with a side of crusty French bread.
