Spicy Pasta Stir-Fry
A quick and spicy stir-fry dish with Ukrainian sausage and Japanese narutomaki, served over Thai-style pasta.
Ingredients
- β2 tsp Piquant sauce
- β1 lb Ukrainian sausageSlice into thin rounds
- β8 slices Narutomaki
- β8 oz Thai-style pasta
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Chopped garlic
- β1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tsp Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Ukrainian sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced narutomaki and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Add the Thai-style pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and narutomaki.

Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine with the pasta and narutomaki.

Pour the piquant sauce into the skillet and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

Sprinkle with additional piquant sauce if desired.
