Cauliflower Fritters with Piquant Aioli
A crispy and flavorful French-inspired snack or side dish made with cauliflower, flatbread, and a tangy piquant aioli.

- β1/4 cup, chopped piquant

- β2 eggs
- β1/4 cup, grated parmesan
- β1 clove garlic
- β1/4 cup olive oil

Grate the cauliflower and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix together cauliflower, flatbread, piquant, turkish, eggs, parmesan, and garlic.
