Monterey Jack Quesadilla
A classic Mexican dish filled with melted Monterey Jack cheese and served with a side of fresh salsa.

- β1 cup, shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- β4 Huaraches tortillas
- β1/4 cup, diced Piquant peppers
- β1 tsp Mexican seasoning

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Add diced piquant peppers on top of the cheese.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
