Piquant Shrimp Tacos
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional tacos, featuring succulent shrimp in a zesty Thai-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup piquant sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- β12 large juicy shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 teaspoon tom yum soup mix
- β8-10 tortillas (corn or flour)
- β4 lime wedges
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add curry paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add tom yum soup mix and cook for an additional minute.
